Articles distinguish attributed, unresolved and contested information and retain contrary evidence. Risk is not lowered to obtain release. For the headless newsroom, reviewer unanimity, primary-source counts and ownership corroboration are no longer publication prerequisites. Separate legacy callers retain their existing gates.

Evidence confidence is shown on a scale from 0 to 100. The assessment combines claim support, contradiction, attribution and headline consistency against the supplied record. It is not a probability of truth, model certainty or a guarantee of accuracy. There is no minimum release score. Missing configuration, a provider failure or unavailable capacity results in Not scored. An assessment applies only to its exact article version; earlier assessments cannot certify a changed draft.
