Consequential claims are recorded atomically and linked to source snapshots. Evidence records state whether a source supports, contradicts, or contextualizes a claim. Multiple documents controlled by one ownership or syndication group count as one independent source.
High-risk claims require primary evidence and independent corroboration. Locators and fetch times are exposed when publishing rights permit.
